Programme length: 2 semesters
Qualification: Engineer Specialised in Business Counselling (Coach)
Application requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Environmental Engineering or Technical Management (qualification: Business Manager).
Primary aim of the programme is to familiarize students with general skills relating to coaching. With the help of this they will be capable of applying individual coaching devices and improving the efficiency/effectiveness of their activity. Coaching philosophy and coaching techniques give opportunities to improve performance, inspire teamwork and overcome obstacles which make work difficult. By widening knowledge there will be a possibility for students to learn how to assist others in combating challenges and leverage the things learned into a meaningful result for the individual and the organisation, as well. By applying the coaching philosophy processes within the group and the corporation and of the individual will improve in the fields of production, administration and strategy.
