If you are considering changing your training program, please contact the Coordinating Center for International Education (CCIE) at the University of Debrecen.

For Stipendium H. scholarship holders

• Scholarship holders may request their institution and/or training program to be changed once per training level (BSc, MSc).
• Students may change their training program at the end of the semester, within 1 calendar year from the beginning of the scholarship period. Beyond this period of time, requests may be considered only in exceptional cases (e.g. Professional Pilot BSc students who do not meet the health requirements of their training anymore).
• The requests, along with the necessary attachments, are to be submitted to the Study in Hungary unit (SiH) of the Tempus Public Foundation electronically (stipendiumhungaricum@tpf.hu). Deadline: 1 December (for spring semesters) or 15 May (for fall semesters).
• The requests are evaluated by the SiH unit, and no appeals may be made against their decision.
