The award aims to encourage and support high-quality academic publishing among bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate specialist students who are actively enrolled at the Faculty at the time of submission.
Eligible applicants must have at least one published scientific paper that was prepared during their affiliation with the Faculty. The publication must clearly indicate Faculty affiliation, be registered in the MTMT database by at least one of the authors, and be indexed in the SJR system with a minimum Q4 ranking.
Students may submit multiple applications throughout their studies; however, each publication may only be submitted once. A maximum of three awards may be granted per semester.
Applications are evaluated by the Faculty’s Scientific and Promotion Committee, which ranks the submissions and forwards its recommendation to the Dean.
The application package must include a short letter addressed to the Dean, summarizing the applicant’s contribution to the publication, as well as the publication itself in PDF format.
