Important Information

  • Please fill in the request forms electronically. 
  • The Faculty will accept, reject or request for missing information/supplementing documents.
    • Acceptance: the Faculty accepts the request following a comprehensive review.
    • Rejection: the Faculty rejects the request following a comprehensive review.
    • Request for missing information: due to formal deficiencies, the Faculty may request students to provide the missing information in case of the following situations:
      • the wrong request form was used,
      • some data are missing/incorrect,
      • the request form is submitted without a clear reason
      • the required documents are not attached (if applicable).
