IT Service Desk

Goal of the IT Service Desk is to help students and university employees with university-specific IT problems.

Tasks

  • installing local and network printers 
  • help desk relating to audio and video technology (screening, amplifying)
  • supporting the university-wide Moodle (elearning.unideb.hu) learning platform
  • Evasys questionnaire software and evaluation system support
  • licensing softwares in computer rooms
  • student support
  • cooperation with University Computer Centre (Informatikai Szolgáltató Központ, ISZK)
  • Tutorials to the softwares used at the faculty are avaiable soon.
