Credit Transfer for Engineering Management MSc Students

From 1st February, 2020 the process of credit transfer was modified for Engineering Management MSc students! Please, read carefully the guide below!

If you would like to transfer credits from your previous studies, you have to follow these steps:
1. Check the course descriptions in the bulletin according to your starting year (Bulletins are available here:

2. Print or download the course description(s) of your previous modul()s which you think are equal to the ones in the Engineering Management curriculum.

3. Fill out the Credit Transfer Request Form (please choose the form in accordance with your starting year) with your personal data and the subjects you would like to transfer. Please, use one form for all your subjects!

4. Submit the filled out form in room 206 to Ms Judit Bak (without the signature of the instructors). You have to attache to the form the official description(s) of the earlier completed subject(s) and the official document (e.g. Transcript of records, Diploma supplement, etc.) about the completion of your courses. The transfer of the subject will be discussed by the Department, but only if the relevant official description (signed/sealed by the previous university) and official document about the completion is attached. Without these documents the request of the subject transfer will be automatically rejected. If your previous university has a similar bulletin system like UD has, please send the relevant link with your name, neptun code, transferable course to and we will print and attache the course description to your transfer request.

IMPORTANT! In case of a rejection you could miss more lectures than allowed, therefore you have to register for the courses and you have to attend the classes till you see in the neptun system the transfer of the course!
Please note
the courses Physical EducationWork and Fire Safety and MSc Thesis II can not be transferred!
At least 1/3 of the total number of credits should be obtained in the current institution! As the total number of credit points on your program is 120, the maximum number of credit points which can be transferred is 80!

You can submit a 'Credit Transfer Request Form' only at the beginning of the semester (until the end of week 2 of the study period). In this semester the
